Excellent service

When service is excellent, it needs to be recognized and encouraged. I had a financial situation that needed to be sorted urgently and I visited my bank, Nedbank (Fleurdal BFN south branch) on Friday 18th October 2013. I met a lady by the name of Blanche Kammies who assisted me. As this was an urgent matter, she was very kind, courteous and understanding, she actually completely went an extra mile in making sure that everything was sorted.By the time I left the bank, which was at closing time, everything was sorted and my financial problem resolved. I think Nedbank should be proud to have an employee like her, what I received from her is what service is all about. Thank you so much again to Blanche.
