I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CLIENT OF AIG FOR A FEW YEARS AND PAID MY PREMIUM MONTHLY WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS. I SENT THROUGH A CLAIM ON THE 8TH OF JUNE VIA EMAIL AND ALSO SPOKE TO THE CLAIM CALL CENTRE TO SUBMIT THE CLAIM. CLAIM REFERENCE 771791 AND CASE REFERENCE 397703.

I CANNOT GET THROUGH TO THE CLAIMS CALL CENTRE AGAIN AS AN AUTOMATED MESSAGE SAYS DUE TO TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES CALLS CANNOT BE TAKEN AND PLEASE SEND AN EMAIL FOR ASSISTANCE. I HAVE SENT 3 EMAILS REQUESTING FEEDBACK AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE.

I FEEL THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AS THERE WAS NO DELAY IN PAYING OF MY PREMIUMS AND THERE SHOULD NO DELAY IN SETTLING THE CLAIM. ONCE THIS MATTER IS SETTLED I WILL BE CANCELLING MY POLICY.
