DQ mapper report

I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for a response from Discovery regarding the report for my DQ tracker which did not register, I have asked for this report as to why it did not, and I have not receiced any feed back, its pathetic, and its false advertsing, they claim there products have all these features which you pay for but actually never work and you dont feed any feed back or response as to why, this product/mechanicsm in my car is supposed to register on impact, its also supposed to register and alert me if my car has been moved if the keys are not in the ignition, and that doesnt even work either, when my car was towed away alst year, no body called me to alert me, my car could have been stollen!! If you look at the facts this product is and they making peaple pay for it, Im going to cancel my life, disability and household insurance cover with discovery
