Legalwise is a rip off

I am advising you not to sign up with this company, when you need them the most they refer you to some clause that is meant to rip you off in the first place. They told me they cannot help me because the accident happened before I signed up with them even though I received the summons 3 years later after signing up with them. They are a total rip off, they take your money but tell you some nonsense story when you need help. I am off, I have been paying for 2 full years without claiming for anything on platinum policy but they tell me about some rip off clause.
