Who the cares!!!

In today's financial crunch age I can't believe that I'm the only Standard Bank VAF client who's under debt review and trying to save money. Please don't get me wrong I'm not proud of my situation but I'm not running away and hoping the bank just never finds me, in total contrast I'm actual going hat in hand to the bank and begging their assistance, currently to no avail. Can you believe that one of their VAF consultants actually told me and I quote " Ms. Schoeman normally people have their car's repo'd or they just run away hoping the bank never finds them, they never asked for help..." Very hard for me to believe with the current financial situation in SA. I'm not asking for miracles all I'm asking for is assist in making my current monthly payment less by allowing me to trade in my current car for a cheaper less expensive one... but no one even gets back to you. I'm not allowed anyone's direct number so email has to do and they just NEVER respond. I feel so discouraged by SB. Cancer medical bills have put a huge fin. strain on my family & instead of running we facing our challenges but with SB it seems they would rather you run and default than HELP.
