I was recently involved in an accident and decided to claim from 3rd party as it was not my fault. I was told that a need to report the accident to my insurance as well and get a letter stating that I will not be claiming from my own insurance. I phoned MiWay, and Amritha Kunjbehari answered the phone. Her service was excellent, and I had my letter e-mailed to me within minutes.
