SLOW FNB Blackberry App

A thing that i was wondering is the fact that the FNB Blackberry app is very slow, at first i thought it was only mine but, i have heard from allot of people complaining about this, this happened suddenly about 6 months ago. and there are no support email for the FNB App. it is pointless to wait - 10 minutes ant then it bombs out, then again i saw that it runs smooth on a android tablet and a pc running windows 8. the blackberry i use is the 9320 have similar problems on a bb8520 and bb9300, so is this only a bb problem and why was it running smooth in the beginning?
