Excellent client service and great attitude

Last week and Saturday I noticed that my spectacles was on the car floor, ear broken off.
I called Outsurance and spoke to Christinah Mabele and told her I did not even notice the specacles were on the car floor (under my feet, which I accidently trampled on).

She adviced me accordingly and was of great help, as it was my first time claiming. I went to the optometrist for a quote and emailled the quote as advised. She called me back and explained the whole procedure step by step.

I am really impress with her professionalism, courtesy and understood that I needed glasses again.
