On April 23, 2013, I applied for my account to be upgraded to Prestige account and Rebecca Mphlelele assisted me and up to day, I am still waiting for my cards and I have been to the branch on 6 occassions. Firstly I left my details to a very helpful Refilwe Ngcobo and she promised to hand them to Rebecca. On 03 May 2013, I emailed Rebecca and there was no reply.

On 28 May 2013, I again visited the branch, and I was told by Kagiso that only the credit card was available, I must sign for it and collect the cheque card at Midrand branch. I refused to accept the credit card and I escalated the matter to the branch manager, Mr. Thabo Monokoto. I wanted to be fair to him before further escalation. I gave Kagiso and Thabo my email adress and cell to contact me once the card has been delivered to the branch. Politely I gave them two options to deliver at my work place or I collect, they opted for me to collect and I agreed.

Today I visited the branch, and the cheque card is still not there and I am again requested to leave my contact details. I must say this the worse service I have ever experienced from the institution, and I have been their client for 16 years.
