I have been trying to open a Nedbank green retail bonds account since yesterday. 1st, most people i talk to dont know the product, as a result im being transferred from one person to the next all the time. Im using my cellphone and its during the day, i cant even remember the no of people i talked to. At some stage they promised to call back after 10min, but only called much much later when i was busy with something and could not take the call. i've just phoned again not soo long, they took my contact details and promised to call back im still waiting. Its surprising that this product has been around for some time, but staff still does not know it. Last year i opened 3 retail bonds accounts and went through the same thing. Im. Please help. I still want to open the account
