Unpaid Claim - always DELAYED

Once again documents have been sent for claim number 767182, received by AIG over a month ago, and claim still not paid. All previous experiences with AIG is delay, delay, delay, until I post on Hellopeter. This is just unacceptable. I insist that this claim be paid IMMEDIATELY. This is activity by an Insurance Company!
