Rescindment Letter and Non Co-operation

It has been a month since my lawyer has been in touch with Bayport. No joy. Your response time is so ridiculous. Either the responsible person knocks off early or the lawyer's email address is "wrong", can you please co-operate as my life is in a standstill because someone is having "coffee time" and very lazy to send the requested letter.

Your unprofessionalism doesnt cease to amaze me. Really it is so unacceptable that one should suffer like this. I am so appauled by your attitude and your unwillingness to co-operate. I need the judgment rescindment letter as soon as possible. Is that too much to ask for, have you not punished me enough?
