Rude Service and Illegal ITC Search

I called in yesterday for a quote on your life insurance product, the lady was friendly to start and once the quote was generated I started asking questions which then got her annoyed and rather pushy.

This morning I see that an ITC check was done without my consent.

Kindly make available a copy of the call so that I can review what has transpired before I take further action.
