Called the call centre to updated our insurance policies which are many. She took so much time to get every detail just right. She promised to call me on the Wednesday at a certain and SHE DID! It was absolutely amazing. I had to send faxes and she called me again the next day to confirm that she had received them in good order. She really has a supple back because she was super woman and she made my week. I must also state that in all my dealings with Outsurance over the years they have been very impressive. Malindie is just that much more special. Congratulations Outsurance. Keep up the good work. Elaine Hoffman
