I needed to change my insurance company in a hurry. Was dreading it but wow I had never had a Werner Grobler from OUTsurance in my life before>
He was amazing. Being an "older" person he walked me through every stage with charm, patience and above all kindness. He made a bad day turn in to a positive and "good feeling" day.
