COMPLAINT

I had a loan with SAMultiloan which i struggled to pay because of personal crisis. A tracer from NADIA SCHEEPERS INC met me on the 11 April 2013, he told me that the reason for meeting with me was to try and resolve the debt matter by negotiating the instalment amount with me. He assured that if I offer and agree to an instalment amount, the attorneys will not institute any legal processes against me and that includes filling of judgement against my name. I SIGNED DOCUMENTS, ALL THE UNDER THE UNDERSTANDING AND IMPRESSION THAT I'M AVOIDING FURTHER LEGAL ACTIONS AGAINST ME, HE ASSURED ME NOT TO WORRY ABOUT ANYTHING BECAUSE I OFFERED TO PAY MYDEBT IN INSTALMENTS OF R800.I WAS MISINFORMED AND MISLED BY THE TRACER.TO MY SHOCK AND SUPRISE NOW I SEE A GARNISH ORDER REFLECTING ON MY PAYSLIP.HOW ON EARTH IS THIS FOR REAL? PLEASE ASSIST ME IN RESOLVING THIS ISSUE.
