COMPLAINT

1.My outstanding loans with Capitec were handed over to Flemix. A Tracer (Edwin) from Flemix arranged to meet me at my workplace on the 06 February 2012 to negotiate an instalment which i agreed to pay R1900 per month. He assured me that no legal process will be instituted against me. He gave documents to quickly sign for the debit order payments and i did sign documents only to learn later that a judgement has been obtained against me.i was mislead and misinformed into signing documents that led to my name being judged negatively by the court on 08 March 2012 despite my first payment on the 29 February 2012.

2. After a year of being garnished R1900 every month for a debt balance of R103078.71 as at 06 February 2012, my balance as at 17 May 2013 is R116213.33 despite monthly payments of R1900 made for 16 months totalling R30400.
I request assistance in resolving this issue because i feel disappointed, riduculed and robbed by Flemix.
