Poor service

Legalwise sevices, contrary to their adverts, are poor. My husband has a policy with them, and they could not attend to our legal problem as they said, as usual, the problem started before i joined them. what happened is that the story started before we joined them, but there were no problems then. the problem started afterwards. If i buy a house and in the 10th year i experience a problem with the bank, will they not help me because i bought the house 10years ago? so the matter will not be attended because the problem "started 10yrs ago"...
