Still no contact regarding claim!!

I have tried to update my number as well as other details highlighted as "missing" from my records. I sent feedback to First for Women through the online policy management tool, to which I have had no response. ALL feedback regarding my recent claim has been to my previous cellhone number. When I am able to contact the specified agent (Giles) to assit the line is always busy.

What is the point of having my email address as an alternative means of communication if you do not use it?
