Handed over for a paid account/terrible service

I received an sms today, indicating that I have been handed over to BFCM, kindly remove me from the BFCM system with immediate effect, as my Wonga account was paid up on time, yet an amount of R118.00 was added on for "late fees". I sincerely hope that for BFCM sake, that nothing was placed onto my credit profile as I kept my part of the agreement.

When I contacted Wonga today, I was told that it was an error, and I advised them to please rectify it with BFCM. Upon contacting BFCM I was told that I need to send a proof of payment. I am not prepared to do so, as it is NOT my problem or fault.

Kindly rectify and send me confirmation that it has been reversed and that it will not reflect on my credit profile.

This is the most pathetic service I have ever received, and I will NEVER make use of them again. Wonga seems to think that they can get away with unlawfully handing over people, who aren't even in breach of contract!
