Failure to deliver on promises

On 07 January 2013 I submitted a cliam for my car sound system which was. I waited three weeks for my claim to be concluded. Thereafter I had to make numerous follow up calls with my insurance and therefore received insignificant feedback from the Insurer. I was then assured that I would be reimbursed with items to the same value however what was suplied and fitted was not equivalent to what was insured initially. I am truly disappointed that I was misinformed after confirming with William in the cliams department that I would be placed in the same position that I was before my incident. Sound insured value: R12300 500 access. Insurance payout value: R5200 (Prices confirmed with Autostyle)
