Customer Service is just plain unacceptable

I was in the bank on Saturday, and the lady at enquirer desk was friendly but did not know what she was talking about. I came with a query regarding my personal loan, Absa took a monthly installment after my loan was paid up to date and closed, I just want to know where that money went? The way I see it is that Absa that money from me.

Then the consultant come to help out and he said to me that this does not reflect on the system, and he will look into this on Monday and he will give me a call, he even checked that my details was correct.

So the Monday passed and Not received a call or mail from him, I have sent him a mail, but no reply, and it is now 3 days and I have send him numerous emails and still he just don't reply. THIS IS JUST UNACCEPTABLE.

Is his card wrong that he does not get back to a me or what is going on.

I want to know where that debit order went to, and why has this been taken. and what is Absa going to do to rectify this.

Absa's customer service is shocking and think Absa must go and learn from FNB about customer service.
