Poor service

Im very dissapointed with absa services, I took a small scratches and dents insurance policy with them to date I have not received any documents for this policy as i need to raise a claim. I have tried to call this number several times 086 02022122 with no response and even left a message nobody has get back to me. Can somebody from ABSA contact me, I have wasted enough of my airtime and time, this is totally unacceptable!!!
