Efund still not paid

Its the 12th of June today still no refund paid when i wrote to hello peter on Friday they responded so quick with the same promise of 3 days... am hopeless now utterly disgusted thank i cancelled where would i be if this was a claim if a mere refund is such a hustle... beyond disappointed
