Beware... we deposited money via the ATM as told by the bank... and no cash deposit fee... the money was then reversed out of my account with "client incorrectly captured amount" and R100 deposited into my account... 2 weeks of frustration and Standard Bank say "sorry we are correct and are not prepared to take a loss"... there is no loss, we put the money in, my husband, myself and our 2 children were all there. They then say there is NO CCTV surveillance at Longbeach Mall, so we have no proof whatsoever that we deposited the money. Can you believe it... so we are definitely moving ALL our accounts to another bank, and now try the ombudsman to resolve the matter, but in the meantime our money has "disappeared", how clever of them!!! Beware very careful of Standard Bank!!!
