After Lie (Removal of Trace alert)

I settled the amount owed end of November 2012 and I was issued with a paid up letter and assured that my record would be updated. I do admit for skipping payments due to reasons beyond my control, but I made a lot of effort to ensure that I am in good books with my creditor. To date Standard and Blue Bean still justify the fact that I can not be found and havent updated the credit bureau just like that, I am still owing them. End of March they promised to update and according to them, it would take seven working days. On the 31st of May 2013, I requested again and was assured that within seven (7) working days. It elapsed and I phoned once more and arrogantly told that maybe after 21 working days and if not, I would have to call again. Such a big bank, but what they do is just cruel beyond measure and they do not appreciate effort. I wish they would copy from Edgars, ABSA etc. I am embarrassed that Transunion allows them to manupilate/twist this to ensure that I suffer. YOU ARE VERY BAD STANDARD/BLUE BEAN
