Absa loan transferred to ara group

I awas dismissed from ABSA in 2008.then last year ARA GROUP started calling me for payment and threatened to send me summons and pass judgement, how does a person that was because of absa bank not found a job for nearly 5 years make payment, all they do is acall and ask for next payments date, secondly we need an email adress were we can adress our concerns and also request maybe settlement documents or amount outstanding and cos of this company my bank isnot able to help, this isn't fair
