Investec private bank JHB - Bad attitude

I recently contacted the JHB branch to find out If I qualify for an account. On the initial call I was asked about my earnings - which I explained. I was assured that I qualify taking my annual salary benefits and commission into account.

Going through the whole application process declaring everything, I just received a very rude condescending call say that I don't qaulify as my gross earnings did not meet the criteria! However if you calculate it correctly I am actually R 13000 over the criteria excluding my commission!!

So this is the service you exclect from a private bank!!!??
