PLEASE HELP!!!

Contacting your call center has proven to be useless and not to mention Standard Bank's "Head Of Service Support's" (Bheki) complete absence on this case.

An official complaint was lodged by myself to the call center. Standard Bank has yet to follow procedure.

Fees, over and above what has ever been disclosed has been taken off my account for posting a physical bank statement. That is your overhead's Standard Bank, not mine!

Please reverse and refund what you have taken and confirm via email.

Consider this post as another call to you i.r.o of an attempt to lay an official complaint as I will need this to present my case should you not reverse what you have from me.

All i want is fair banking, not to be ripped off.
