Good day,
I went into African bank Westgate branch I qualified for a loan and a credit card I did all the paperwork with a letter of employment and payslip from my company on the 5/06/2013 with Razine who assisted me he said he will forward it and I should have feedback the next day.
I contacted him and he said they came back to him and they need to create a subgroup then the loan will go through its been almost a week and nothing has been done.
I contacted head office and they said they cant assist me as this division do not have landlines and they can not assist me I must send them an email. Since last week Razine has been sending emails regarding this matter and they just do not assist him at all. I also contacted ABIL and consumer advocate division since this morning the numbers just rings and goes to voicemail. How am I suppose to get this sorted when the branch and head office and all the other parties does not want to attend to this or answer their phones???
Urgent attention and help in this matter would be appreciated as no one seems to be able assist me.
