Terribly High Interest Rates on Personal Loans

After being quoted the MAXIMUM interest rate on my personal loan application, and being told it is not negotiable, I applied with ABSA, NEDBANK and CAPITEC. All offered me MUCH lower rates which I took up with FNB and still was told non - negotiable. I Have been Banking with FNB for almost 10 years and naturally would like to take out the loan with my own bank. Not feeling proud of my bank at all.
