My dad was forced to take an accidental policy and now when i logged a complaint for absa to convert the policy to a funeral one, Shale and management says they cant with no reason at all... just because my dad cannot fight for himself is this how senior citizens of the country are treated unfair and with no respect... this is unacceptable you debited my dad's acc for 4 years and now you come up with silly excuses.
