My husband and I cancelled our bond application two weeks ago via email and nobody at ABSA has acknowledged receipt of the documentation or request as yet. We think that this is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional and quite frankly sends a message that ABSA does not value our business. We would like this matter to be resolved as soon as possible otherwise we will take our business elsewhere.
