Good day, I recently assisted my father in ordering a blackberry online, and taking your offer through tye cheque account. As we followed the prompts, we requested the debit orders to hit one of his 2 cheque accounts. Our first statement arrived now, and to our surprise it is going off the wrong account. Im not sure if something happened and this then happened automatically on your side, but would kindly appreciate assistance in resolving this matter. I understand that the pricing option must be on mobile/unlimited which we have no problem with, as both cheque accounts are on this pricing structure. But it needs to hit the other account as that is where majotity of our debit orders go off. Please if you could assist.
