EXCELLENT AND FRIENDLY SERVICE

On the date mentioned, I was on my way to Randburg from Potchefstroom when my vehicle broke down at the Sasol Garage on the N12 (right next to Soweto). I phoned the SOS call centre and Malvin was the person who took my call. I explained my situation to him and he went out of his way to find the best solution for my problem. Within an hour he had arranged a chauffeur service for me and arranged to have my car towed back to Potchefstroom the following morning. He phoned me at least a dozen times to make sure that I was okay and assured me that everything would be sorted out. The next morning, both Malvin and Aneel phoned me a couple of times to make sure that I was okay. They had arranged for the towing service and I was met at the garage by a gentleman who loaded my vehicle onto a flatbed tow truck and who dropped myself and my vehicle right on my doorstep in Potch. Later that Sunday night, Aneel called again to make sure that I was home and that everything was in order. The service that I got from Malvin and Aneel was above and beyond what I had expected and I wish to thank them from the core of my heart for being so caring and friendly. A 5-star rating for service to Santam.
