Threatening consultant

My brother has recently had an incident and is now seen as the guilty party. Selwyn Mooi has harrased him time and time again after explaining that he is unable to discuss this matter with Mooi at the times he has called him at his workplace. This consultant has now started threatening with court and he refuses to speak with anyone else regarding the matter, and tele sure has not been forthcoming with any of the documents that is being requested. This kind of harassment and trying to extort money from people is ridiculous in my opinion! My brother is fairly young still and doesn't quite understand how to handle his situation. And how does tele sure decide on these ridiculous amounts people are supposed to pay???
