I called to get my policy reviewed - this was the second time I was calling after receiving the email of my policy increase. Last week I received a cold and unacceptable reception from a lady, this week I was very impressed with Faizel and the guy who referred me to him. He took the time and listed and really made an effort to help me. Thank you Faizel - hope the value added department will be just as efficient tomorrow.
