Horrendous "service" from bank manager Shaun

My cheque card expired. I 1st visited SB Thibaul Sq late Apr. A new card was & about a week later i went back to SB to collect my card however the card number would not pick up (I dealt with Jacki). I then escalated to a TL (Gaynor). She did not once apologize for the inconvenience until I pointed it out to her. She also advised that she would follow up with me, she never did. Jacki arranged a new card & when I went in to collect it it had the same problem. I spoke to her TL & she also advised she would follow up with me, I never heard from her. A new card was ordered (3rd card) & when I went into the bank to collect it again the same issue. I spoke to the bank manager Shaun Robertson and his attitude was horrendous! He interupted me while I was talking. I advised I expected to be compensated for the charges I incurred while needing to use my visa debit card. He advised he would look into it for me, I asked for written communication of this to which he refused. He was rude & condescending. I eventually requested the the acc be canceled. I advised he didn't know how to deal with people, he laughed at this. There is more however not enough space to type. I'm going to the ombudsman!
