On the 17th of May, I had a car accident for which I wanted to make a claim, and being inexperienced in this, phoned your the agency on the 18th, reaching an agent named Wiseman who, without providing the necessary advice and time-sensitive information I later found I'd need, immediately shunted me to the claims department of the insurance company concerned, even though it wasn't a business day. I phoned on the 21st, after waiting in vain for the call-back, i found that he was not available, left a message, and again on the next day. It's been three weeks, and still nothing. Naturally, I've sorted out everything for myself, but seeing as that I was informed that your company would liaise between me and the insurance company to make administration as efficient and painless as possible in ALL future claims as justification for the ridiculous cost of essentially a quote and NOTHING ELSE, your work as been EXTREMELY poor. This poor performance is only eclipsed by that of the previous agent (?? Kano??) who bungled details when he recommended the company to me. Like forgetting to mention the low customer satisfaction, and poor service in that company as well. Clearly, birds of a feather.
