Poor poor service-daylight -unethical

The company renders a pathetic service. I took my vehicle in two times for quotations and never got any feedback from them. Now that I have cancelled the policy, I am being refunded a ridiculously small amount. The audacity that Regent Insurance Company has to apologise and to promise to follow up with no results at all, leaves me feeling insulted, degraded and disrespected to core. I would recommend that Regent Insurance Company seriously review their policies, strategies and personnel or better their line of business and this company should not be in business at all!!! they do not care about their customers at all!!! This is daylight, once of payment was received for no service!!! If this the way you make your profit, you better beware, you are circling at the drain
