Annoyed

I applied for my unclaimed funds since the 4th april 2013 and as yet all they tell me is that i have to wait for 14 working days for my claim to be processed, which i did wait, i then requested to change banking details for the funds to be deposited in, they received the documents on the 29/05/2013 and they said the funds will be deposited within 10days once the documents are received and as yet i am still waiting..what really annoys me is the fact that i have to keep calling them which is time consuming and a waist of money as i am using my cell phone and its nt a shared call..it would have been better if they would update me as to whats going on instead of me calling and getting different feedback everytime.. please assist
