CAN'T GET HELP--- FEEDBACK PLEASE

WOW, I can't believe the service received from Alexander Forbes, only to get an update I have to call in everyday & everyday I call in a new query gets logged and I have to wait another 3days, Anyway, the very first time I called in to query about this claim, i was told which documents I should send, which I did so on the 11/07/2013, I called and confirmed if Documents were received and the answer was YES, but I just need to send a clearer copy of bank statement, which I did, I called back and it was confirmed that it has been received and sent to THE ADMIN DEPARTMENT for processing, it will take 3days for a response, so I waited for 3days, called back and there was no feedback, I was then told to call the next day, which I did not knowing that everytime I call, It takes another 3days not sure why you cant just follow up on my first query, anyway a request was logged with admin to find out whats the delay, and BAM they tell me another 3DAYS.hahahah, so anyway i Called on Friday 19/07/2013, and guess what I get told that MY BANK STATEMENTS ARE NOT CLEAR!! HAHA, after a week of calling, no one ever mentioned that to me, So I resent my statement yesterday, I called in today, nothing receive
