Spoke to a call centre agent 1 to remove a person from my bond and 2 to have additions. The 1st query was done and the 2nd one was approved for which I received a message advising it has been approved after I had submitted 1 too many documents including quotations and I was advised that they were received. I was then told that a letter would be sent o the lawyers and that it would take max 6 weeks. this is the 5th week and I called to follow up only to be told that I hadn't applied to have an addition, I spoke to the agent that assisted me and he is denying our conversation, the team leader refused to talk to me.. talk about customer service??? ( useless leaders). I'm very disappointed and I want to move my account, this is utter rubbish. I need this to be sorted asap and for someone to take responsibility, this is a waste of my time!!!
