Debiting my account withought agreement

They called me to make an arrangement on my loan account wich I agreed to pay the amount of R1615 on the last day of the month only to find out that ABSA agents decided to help them self's with my money and debit another amount of R2856.96 and they did'nt even botha to let me nkow their internsions on my account. now my bond is outsanding because my self appointed PA's from ABSA DECIDED to help themself's while I was not looking. Now tell me, em I supporse to come and camp outside the ABSA building with my children because you decided to put me out of my place?
