Absa
Now I cant pay bills!!

During Sept 2013 I made an arrangement with the collections department to debit my account with an amount of R3300 on 26th Sept 2013 for my loan account. But they decided to debit my account with double that amount R6600 to be exact. I called them yesterday, 27th Sept, at around 10am, they told me that they will refund me R3200 within 24hrs. And guess what I'm being told today that the refunds department is not answering their phones, i must some how find an Absa branch in the entire of Johannesburg, that has the mandate to do a refund. Can someone there just do their job and give me my money back, i have other bills to pay, Absa! Very disappointed customer.
