Repairs to my mobile device

My phone accidentally fell whilst I was talking on it when someone bumped into me and I since the been calling FNB Insurance to claim so they can fix it but I am being taken from pillar to post. I know my insurance contract does not cover screen cracks and I do not want them to cover that but to cover the mechanical components that got affected during the accident. The phone is practically useless since it's microphone, earphones and the earphone input components does not work at all. I have to put the phone on loud speaker when I get a call and the other person on the other side can hardly hear me.

I just want my phone fixed.
