I withdrew from my debt review process in February 2013 and in June 2013 when I tried to get credit the provide tells me that I am under debt review. Transunion has still not taken this off my profile. This is the second time. In April 2013 I also discovered that they havent taken this off my name.

And they keep telling me about this 20 day waiting period and they still dont do it.

What can I do. I got this (TU20130607/000076/01) this morning and instead of taking it off they tell me about this 20 days again and still dont do it. they have the doc to prove it. The lady I spoke to this morning still asked me that why didnt I call to get feed back within or when the first 20 days ended. No everyone has a luxury to make calls and told to hold for 10 minutes at a time. Some of us dont have money to do this.
