INCORRECT TRANSACTION FEE FOR 1 YEAR

I have changed my husband's cheque account to a value bundle (less transaction fee) almost 1 year ago. After a visit to another ABSA branch I asked the Consultant to change the fee structure to value bundle, because I wasn't sure that it was done when I requested, because every month the fee was quite high. The Consultant informed me that the value bundle is activated but the fee structure indicator was not activated. I took off from work to resolve this problem at N1 City Branch (they were responsable for the mistake) - (27 May 2013). I explained my request to the Service Consultant and she informed me that all managers are in a meeting and somebody will call me back - ha ha. I followed up on Wednesday, 29 May 2013, no feedback. I phoned again and spoke to Hester (I think she's the Supervisor at client services) - she said the Branch Manager is busy with my request - must be a difficult query, because he is still busy. I phoned again on 6 June 2013 and spoke to Branch Manager's "assistant" and told her the whole story - he was busy with a client but she will pass on the message. Well needless to say XXXX, has not responded.
