Delays to find reasons not to honour a claim

IntegriSure advertise on a Christian Radio Station, and is therefore perceived to be a honourable with integrity. I am a Claims Manager, handling in excess of 20 claims daily from start to finish. I understand the term Home Assist, but to my shock Integrisure's Home Assist only means access to a panel not the normal "1st hour labour FREE and Call out FREE". I needed Home Assist after which a claim was lodge to repair normal water damage. 3 Weeks later and with no valid reasons water is still running down my wall and in the meantime I cancelled my policy and took cover where I know I am "properly covered". My claim cannot be escalated and "problematic" claims are discussed on Wednesdays - Plus another week of choosing if I cut off my water (with 2 small children at home) or if I fix this emergency at my own cost. In the meantime my claim is now deemed a "problematic claim" because I had a claim within 2 months of my policy commencing and because I have now cancelled my Insurance with them.
