Very bad service from MFC

I am purchasing a car from someone who has finance via MFC. Instead of a lengthy process of payments from 1 account to the next, we agreed that I would pay MFC directly. I did so on Mon 27th May and sent proof on Tues 28th, enquiring where their offices where for me to collect the reg docs. On Thurs I phoned and stayed on hold for 5 1/2 mins without speaking to anyone so hung up. That evening I followed up as I had received no reply. On Fri 31st, I was informed via email that they only had offices in JHB so I provided my address for the docs to be couriered. On Tues, 4th, I received an email from someone else saying they have an office in Tygervalley so I asked that they send the docs there and provide me with the physical address. Today I went into a local Nedbank to see if they could tell me where to go, they phoned the MFC call centre and after holding for a while and a short discussion, their colleague accidently pulled their phone cord out (yes it happened in front of me) so the call disconnected. This evening I received an email for another person saying they will process my request in the next 24 - 48 hours and the documents will take 7 working days to send. Really?
